I often don’t want to go to the doctor, because I feel like I’m not taken seriously, the provider is dismissive, and I can’t be helped. Melanie made every effort to listen and respond thoughtfully and compassionately. She also scheduled a followed up to see how I was doing with treatment and we made some adjustments. Had she not scheduled, I would have just assumed that nothing else could be done for me.
