At least once every three years, TMH completes a community health needs assessment (CHNA) to help us meet our region’s healthcare needs. Strategic Plan 

As our community’s healthcare leader, TMH is responsible for proactively planning to meet our region’s future healthcare needs. In doing so, we revise our Strategic Plan every three to five years, outlining our area’s biggest needs and our vision for fulfilling them in the years to come.
