Our pharmacy residency programs combine hands-on patient care, dedicated mentorship and teaching opportunities in a collaborative hospital environment. You’ll work alongside experienced pharmacy preceptors and healthcare teams who support your development and professional goals.
Building on your Doctor of Pharmacy education, you’ll gain experience caring for patients with a wide range of conditions in inpatient and ambulatory settings. Our patient population spans from neonates to geriatrics, offering opportunities to strengthen your clinical judgment and approach to medication management. Elective learning experiences allow you to explore specialties that align with your interests and career goals.
Through our relationship with Florida A&M University, you’ll also have opportunities to teach pharmacy students in the classroom and develop your skills as an educator. Throughout your training, you’ll learn to communicate confidently with physicians, nurses, patients and families while contributing to collaborative, patient-centered care.
